NINAEL S.r.l. reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
NINAEL S.r.l. reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

SHIPPING COST AND DUTY
NINAEL.COM ships worldwide using GLS,UPS, DHL and FEDEX.
- FREE SHIPPING to all customers within Europe;
- For all other countries shipping costs amount to €35;
GROUP A: ALL INCLUSIVE that is inclusive of the courier cost and customs duties.
Due to local customs policies, some shipments can be considered as commercial imports and not for personal use. Commercial imports require the intervention of a broker to issue the package and in this case customers will be required to choose a broker and pay for the customs clearance service.
Unfortunately, the costs related to the disbursement through brokers are charged to the customer.

SHOPPING ONLINE > ORDER PAYMENT
Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent to the customer.
Payments for all orders must be made by credit card or paypal on the payment page. Payments through most major credit and debit cards are accepted.
The customer must be aware of the fact that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and that NINAEL S.r.l. will not have any responsibility in case the card issuer refuses to authorize payment for any reason. In addition, a standard pre-authorization check on the customer’s payment card will be carried out and the Products will not be shipped until such pre-authorization verification has been completed. Please note that the card issuer may charge the client an online management fee or processing fee. NINAEL S.r.l. can not be held responsible for this.

NINAEL.COM Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. At the moment the order is confirmed, the Credit Card will be charged for available items.
BANK WIRE TRANSFER
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected as the method of payment, the Client will automatically receive an email containing the bank account information for NINAEL.COM. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order until payment has been confirmed. The Client is asked email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours of receiving the email request for payment.
It is mandatory that the Client email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours to avoid the cancelation of the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the payment has reached NINAEL S.r.l.’s bank account.
If the fax or scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.
The merchandise will be shipped once NINAEL has confirmed the payment and the merchandise is available for shipment.
For Credit Card and PayPal payments NINAEL.COM may request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
SHOPPING ONLINE > PROMO CODES
Clients who have received a Promo Code for NINAEL.COM , by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended.
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION > SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from NINAEL.COM specifying the tracking number.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or NINAEL.COM.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION > SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. NINAEL.COM packages are carefully sealed with a NINAEL.COM logo printed tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact NINAEL.COM at support@NINAEL.COM. .
If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by NINAEL.COM within 7 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the NINAEL.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
NINAEL goods are lovingly handcrafted in Italy form the highest quality leather and brass accessories which have been selected with care. The apparent slight imperfections of the leather cannot be consdered defects but characteristics of the materials of this unique brand. Each details and every finish is guaranteed by the highest standards of control. The luxurious brass chains are carefully hand-sewn, therefore they must me handled with care, avoiding contact with sharp objcts that might cause damage, the finges should not be pulled. In order to preserve the original quality of the product we recommend that you avoid exposure to heat and humidity. Any exposure to water, oils and cosmetcs could potentially stain the leather. Where not in use, the product should be stored in its protective bag. Ninael is not liable in any way for damage due to improper use and conservation that does not apply to the instructions provided herein.
Items are considered “faulty” if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that goods correspond their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judgement. Please email email@example.com with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
- To request authorization to return, you must send an email to support@NINAEL.COM. NINAEL.COM will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and the instructions to be respected to send the goods back.
- The cost of return shipping is EUR 35. This amount will be deducted from the final refund. Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make sure to print and use the pro forma invoice and shipping label that are provided. Sometimes Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.
– The return shipment must take place within 7 days after, starting from the day following receipt of the Products
Return Terms & Conditions
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. NINAEL.COM, reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees..
Pickups for all authorized returns with NINAEL.COM ’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, NINAEL.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
NINAEL.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.
In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, NINAEL.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
